Website design · Landscaping & lawn care

Landscaping websites for lawn care crews.

We build landscaping websites for landscapers and lawn care crews, with mowing, irrigation, trees and the other services you do on pages of their own. The chat asks what the yard is doing and takes photos and the address, so a person can price the job.

8:02 AMCan you do a yard cleanup this week?
Yes. Can you take two pictures, the front yard and the backyard, of the areas you'd like cleaned up? A person at the shop uses them to give you a more accurate quote.

A person at the shop reviews your photos, sends your quote and confirms the exact time.

Photos first. Then it takes the request. Example · an invented conversation

A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the enquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

The staff

What it does for landscapers, lawn care and grounds maintenance crews.

Your customer does not have the words. They cannot say regrade, drainage, or bark dust depth, so they write "the back is a mess" and hope. Meanwhile the work runs on a calendar everyone in town shares — spring clean-ups, mowing season, fall pruning — so the week the enquiries pile up is the same week for every crew, and the jobs go to whoever answered. And in a lot of markets, plenty of the enquiries are not in English.

Example · an illustration, not a real customer
It is the first warm Saturday in March and everybody remembers their garden on the same afternoon. Nineteen enquiries come in while you are on a job. By the time you are back in the truck they are sorted, each with what the yard is doing and the address, so you spend the evening pricing instead of ringing people back to ask what they meant.
  • The Receptionist answers in the evening and at weekends, and takes what needs doing, the address and a callback number while you are still on a mower.
  • Its first question does the describing for them — regular maintenance, something dying or browning, or an overgrown yard that needs a reset — because "the back is a mess" is not a job yet.
  • Built in English and Spanish when your customers need it, the website and the chat both, not a translated menu.
  • On Growth, the Review Chaser drafts a reply to every Google review and the Marketer drafts Google Business Profile posts with photographs of your own jobs, for you to approve. Landscaping is chosen locally, off pictures.
  • A website that shows the work you actually did, with the town on it — the thing a neighbor recognises.

The price

Every price, before you talk to anybody.

A website starts at $1,195, paid once. The monthly package is separate. For landscapers, lawn care and grounds maintenance crews, the chat that answers comes with Starter, and every bot with Growth.

Landscaping website design

What should a landscaping website include?

A landscaping website should keep recurring care (mowing, upkeep) apart from one-off jobs (a reset, a new bed), give each service its own page, and let a homeowner send photos of the yard with an address. It should list only the services you are certified to sell. Price comes after a person looks.

  1. Recurring care and one-off jobs kept apart

Regular mowing and upkeep, a dying or browning lawn and an overgrown yard that needs a reset are different enquiries. The chat's first question sorts them, and each has its own page.

  2. Photos of the yard, from the customer

Nobody can describe a yard in one sentence. The chat takes photos and the address, you read it and price the work, and nothing is priced over chat.

  3. Only the services you are allowed to sell

Florida treats fertilizing for hire and lawn weed and pest treatment as certified work, apart from mowing and edging, and county fertilizer rules differ. We write the pages around what you tell us you do.

Questions

Straight answers.

What does the chat ask about a yard?

Whether it is regular upkeep, something dying or browning, or an overgrown yard that needs a reset, plus photos and the address. You read it and price the work; nothing is priced over chat.

Should a lawn care website list weed and pest control?

Only if the business is licensed for it. In Florida, applying fertilizer for hire takes a certification, and lawn weed and pest treatment is licensed separately from mowing. We write the page around what you are allowed to sell.

What does a landscaping website cost?

Two separate parts. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. Then a monthly package: Mini is $49 a month with no bots; with the chat answering and every enquiry sent to you, Starter is $149 a month; Growth, with every bot on staff, is $249 a month. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Every price is on this page.

How long does it take?

First we hand-build a real home page for your business, free, in 12 to 48 hours. You look at it before any money moves, and the rest of the build is planned with you from there.

Where is the line for a landscaping business?

Straight about which half is which. The chat, the drafted review replies and posts, and the website work for a landscaping business today. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for landscaping.

Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?

Yes, you own it. The website is yours to keep, on your own domain. The management system and the marketing platform switch off with the service. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill. If you already have a website you like, we work a WordPress site you already have into the build instead of replacing it; if it is holding you back, we rebuild it.
