Pressure washing websites: Streaks on the roof? The chat has questions.
It asks what needs cleaning and what it is made of. A shingle roof gets soft wash only; the chat refuses pressure.
The chat
It asks the first question you would.
The Kingfisher Exterior Cleaning chat, word for word: its opening question and its first buttons.
A scripted demonstration: nothing typed into it is sent. On your site, the enquiry reaches you as a request and a person confirms. Nothing is priced, promised or diagnosed over chat.

Your trade: Pressure washing
The staff
What it does for pressure washing and exterior cleaning companies.
Florida grows your work for you — heat, humidity and a storm every afternoon put black streaks on every roof and green film on every driveway, lanai and pool cage in the state. The customer finally notices at eight in the evening, photographs it, and messages the first three companies they find. You were running a machine all day with hearing protection on, and a rained-out day wrecks the plan anyway, so your evening goes on rescheduling instead of pricing. The one who answers first gets the work, and it is not always the one who does the best job.
It is a Tuesday in August and it rained out your afternoon. At 8:12pm a homeowner two streets from a job you did in June messages about her roof — black streaks down the north slope — and asks what it costs. The chat asks whether it is tile or shingle and how many storeys, and files it. You read it at 9:30 in the truck and send a price. She asks for Thursday. The other two companies reply on Wednesday afternoon.
- The chat answers the eight-o’clock message, asks what needs cleaning and what it is made of, and has it waiting before you have unhooked the trailer.
- It asks tile or shingle, concrete or pavers, so the reply you send says something useful instead of "we’ll call you back".
- Rain-outs stop eating your evening: every enquiry is already written down in one place, so the evening goes on pricing, not ringing round.
- A reply drafted to every review, in your voice, for you to approve — including the one from the week it rained four days running.
- A site on your own name that lists the neighborhoods and the HOAs you actually work, so a compliance-letter search at ten at night lands on you.

Pressure washing website design
What should a pressure washing website include?
A pressure washing website should have a page for each surface (house, driveway, pavers, pool deck, roof), explain soft washing honestly (high pressure can strip shingles), show your own before-and-after work, and ask what needs cleaning and what it is made of. Your crew writes the quote; nothing is priced over chat.
One page for each surface
House wash, driveway and concrete, pavers, pool decks and roof soft wash are different jobs with different methods. A page for each you do, with a photo of your own work, helps both the customer and a search for that surface.
Soft washing explained, honestly
High pressure can strip shingle granules, so the demo chat refuses pressure on a shingle roof and says so. Pages should explain soft washing and never promise warranty-safe results or kill-everything claims.
A request that starts with the surface
The chat asks what needs cleaning, a driveway, the house, roof streaks, pavers or a pool deck, and what it is made of. Your crew writes the quote and confirms by email or a call. Nothing is priced over chat.

Questions
Straight answers.
What does the chat ask a pressure washing customer?
What needs cleaning and what it is made of: a driveway, the house, roof streaks, pavers or a pool deck. It refuses pressure on a shingle roof, hands a person the request and the whole conversation, and never prices a job.
Can the site show before and after pictures?
Yes, as a gallery that links to the service it shows. It uses your own jobs. We do not show someone else's work as yours.
What does a pressure washing website cost?
Two separate parts. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. Then a monthly package: Mini is $49 a month with no bots; with the chat answering and every enquiry sent to you, Starter is $149 a month; Growth, with every bot on staff, is $249 a month. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Every price is on this page.
How long does it take?
First we hand-build a real home page for your business, free, in 12 to 48 hours. You look at it before any money moves, and the rest of the build is planned with you from there.
Where is the line for a pressure washing business?
Where the line is, plainly. The chat, the reviews, the marketing and the website run for an exterior cleaning company today. Nothing is priced over chat: square footage still decides concrete, and a tile roof needs pitch and access checked before anybody prices a soft wash. The shop-management platform is not part of what we sell for pressure washing. And if you are one man and a trailer, the website on its own, without the chat, is the place to start.
Do I own it, and what if I already have a website?
Yes, you own it. The website is yours to keep, on your own domain. The management system and the marketing platform switch off with the service. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill. If you already have a website you like, we work a WordPress site you already have into the build instead of replacing it; if it is holding you back, we rebuild it.
