My estimator doesn’t have time for another inbox.+
It isn’t a new job, it’s a head start on one he already does. He opens a draft with the photos, the decoded trim and the lines written, and changes what’s wrong. Leads with no photos never reach him as an estimate, so he isn’t walking to the lot for a scratch.
Will the customer get a price from a robot?+
No. The chat thanks them with no price in it. The figure they see comes from your shop, after your estimator approved it, as a range with the options and a watch list of what teardown may find.
Most of my work is insurance, and I’m on DRPs.+
Then it’s for the work that isn’t, and for the customer who hasn’t been steered yet. It asks who’s paying first, insurance drafts carry OEM lines only, and it never talks to an adjuster for you. The referral program never pays on an insurance job.
My estimating system already takes photo estimates.+
Keep it. Those tools mostly serve the insurer’s process or your back office. This is the front door on your own website, under your shop’s name, with a chat that answers the customer’s other questions too. It does not connect to your estimating system: your estimator writes the final there, the way he does today.
What if it drafts something wrong, or the photos are bad?+
It can’t send anything. Your estimator approves, edits or declines every draft, and every change he makes is recorded. No photos, no estimate: the customer is told nobody can price what nobody has seen, and the lead comes to you.
What does an auto body shop website cost?+
Your home page is free to see first. The website is paid once: 5-page website $1,195, 10-page website $1,895, Complete custom build $2,995. The monthly package is separate: Starter is $149 a month with the chat and every lead sent to you, and Growth is $249 a month with every bot on staff, and the photo estimator comes with it at no extra charge. Or have our team do it all: Platinum Service, $949 a month. It is everything in Growth, with our people writing and publishing your posts, working on your SEO, answering your reviews and keeping the site running, plus a report every month. Thirty days’ notice, any time, no minimum. The domain: It is registered in your own account, in your name. Not ours, not resold to you, not held against the bill.
I already have a website.+
Keep it if it works. We can put the chat and the photo estimate on the WordPress site you have. If it’s holding you back, we rebuild it.
Will an auto body website help me get found on Google?+
It is built to be found: every service on its own page, titles and descriptions written the way people search, your towns named, and structured data that search engines read. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.
Is Beach Cities Collision a real shop?+
No. It’s a sample business we invented, and so are its address and the jobs on its paperwork. Every page of it says so in a strip across the top. The telephone number on it is ours, so if you ring it you reach us.
